Drew Miller, aka Chromadrift and Brother Saturn, normally does not give particular directions when it comes to working on his album artwork. This time, however, was different. He wanted Medusa, he wanted sailors turning to stone, he wanted ruined ships and a nautilus shell somewhere.

To bring this to life, it started with a set out of a cardboard box and construction paper, coupled with lighting effects from a cell phone and a small LED lamp. The set itself is the back cover of the album.

The figures were drawn using references from a 3d mannequin application called Flex. and water overlays from photos of Niagara Falls were used to finish the piece.
